Convenient Check-In/Out Times:
Checking In: Arrive at your leisure! Check-in is available from 2:00 pm up until midnight.
Checking Out: Sleep in a bit before your departure. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
A Comfortable and Smoke-Free Environment:
Our studio apartment is designed for your comfort and relaxation.
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in the room.
Smoking is allowed in the Garden or Reception.
Paying for Your Stay:
We only accept cash – no credit cards.
For your convenience, we accept payments in (USD, GBP, EUR) or Gambian Dalasis. Feel free to ask about the amount.
Full payment is required upfront, before you check in.
Booking in Advance:
To hold your reservation, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations:
Cancel with confidence (up to 7 days out): For maximum flexibility, we allow cancellations on fully paid bookings up to 7 days before arrival. In these cases, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
Flexible options for changing plans: If you need to leave early, we can offer some flexibility, you may receive a 50% refund for the unused portion of your stay. Please note that adjustments are based on the remaining booked days.
No show guests: We understand things come up, but missed reservations without notice can leave us with empty rooms. In these cases, refunds can’t be offered.
