Furnished & Serviced Single Bedroom Studio Apartment with Kitchen:
UK£900.00 For 12 Weeks Period.
MINIMUM STAY : 12 weeks for two people maximum
(Please note the above Rate does not include the £100.00 deposit).
FACILITIES INCLUDED IN OUR LONG STAY FURNISHED & SERVICED APARTMENT PACKAGE:
1. Furnished rooms with a good size timber bed, 2 side tables, dining table & 2 chairs.
2. Single ring gas burner with gas bottle (refills need to be purchased).
3. Kitchen sink.
4. Mini Fridge working on mains electric ONLY.
5. En-suite shower and toilet.
6. Ceiling Fan working on mains electric ONLY.
7. Stand alone Fan (also available on emergency back-up power).
8. Flat screen TV with free satellite channels (also available on emergency back-up power).
9. Clothes wardrobe from timber or aluminum.
10. 24 hrs Security (however we do not take responsibility for any thefts that may occur on you or from your room or from your car while you stay at Afroco Apartments).
11. Room sweeping & mopping once a week.
12. Room linen and change of linen once a week.
13. Mains electric and water (Nawec electric and water included).
14. Water heater for hot water in shower and wash basin only (excludes kitchen sink) on mains electric ONLY.
15. Mosquito netting on all windows.
16. Emergency exit door for each room.
NOTES:
*Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
*We do not provide cutlery, pottery, and toiletries on this long term package.
*Laundry services are available in the area at a charge.
*We charge D1,000 for Replacement key.
*Guest pays for their own gas (after the existing bottle is empty).
*Adding furniture to the room or modifying the room in anyway is not permitted unless written permission is given by Afroco Apartment.
*Adding a generator or emergency power unit to your room is not permitted unless written permission is given by Afroco Apartment.
*Guest provides/pays for any broken parts to be replaced in the room during their use of the room, this cannot be deducted from the initial £100 deposit made by the guest.
EXTRA CHARGE
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES IF REQUIRED:
1. WIFI : Not Available.
2. GAS REFILL : £15 Per Bottle.
3. EMERGENCY BACK-UP POWER (6pm To 12pm) : For stand fan, lights, Tv and laptop. This does NOT support ceiling fan, fridge, water heater, press, electric kettles, air-condition OR ANY HEAVY POWER CONSUMING ITEMS : £10 per WEEK*.
4. CAR PARKING : Internal parking facility available from 9pm to 7am for £5 per WEEK*
5. AIR-CONDITION USAGE (NOT AVAILABLE ON EMERGENCY POWER): £5 per WEEK*
*(required to be fully paid in advance for the duration of stay).
NOTICE : Afroco Apartment reserves the right to terminate a guests stay at any time without any notice.
DEPOSIT
WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BE MAINTAINED WITH US OF (UK£100 .00) AT ALL TIMES DURING THE GUEST'S STAY:
THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING AT THE END OF THE GUEST'S LONG STAY :
1. TO PAY FOR ANY UNFORESEEN DAMAGE TO THE APARTMENT AND SURROUNDING CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE GUEST OR HIS/HER GUESTS.
2. TO PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS INSIDE THE APARTMENT AT THE END OF THE GUEST'S LONG STAY.
3. TO PAY FOR A COAT OF WHITE PAINT ON THE INTERNAL WALLS AND CEILING OF THE APARTMENT BEFORE THE GUEST HANDS OVER THE KEYS AT THE END OF THEIR LONG STAY.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
1. 100% CASH ONLY (CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED).
2. 100% PAYMENT (RENT + DEPOSIT) IS REQUIRED COVERING THE DURATION OF STAY BEFORE CHECKING IN,
(PAID IN CASH UK POUNDS).
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
1. A NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 20% (IN UK POUNDS) IS REQUIRED FOR A CONFIRMED BOOKING .
REFUNDS POLICY :
1. 50% OF THE UNEXPIRED RENT IS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND ONCE THE GUEST HAS CHECKED IN .
2. 50% OF THE UNEXPIRED RENT IS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS ONE WEEK BEFORE CHECKING-IN (ON FULLY PAID BOOKINGS ONLY ).
3. NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE ON "NO SHOW UP" GUESTS (NORMAL CHECKING IN TIME LIMIT IS UNTIL MID NIGHT OF YOUR CHECK-IN DATE).
