Furnished & Serviced Single Bedroom Studio Apartment with Kitchen:
UK£82.50 / Euro 100.00 Per Weeks Period.
MINIMUM STAY : 12 weeks for two people maximum
FACILITIES INCLUDED IN OUR LONG STAY FURNISHED & SERVICED APARTMENT PACKAGE:
1. Furnished rooms with a good size timber bed, 2 side tables, dining table & 2 chairs.
2. Single ring gas burner with gas bottle.
3. Kitchen sink.
4. Mini Fridge working on mains electric ONLY.
5. En-suite shower and toilet.
6. Ceiling Fan working on mains electric ONLY.
7. Stand alone Fan.
8. Flat screen TV with free satellite channels.
9. Clothes wardrobe from timber or aluminum.
10. Security personnel (however please note that while you are staying at Afroco Apartments, we cannot be held liable for any thefts that may happen to you, from your room, or from your vehicle).
11. Room sweeping & mopping once a week.
12. Room linen and change of linen once a week.
13. Mains electric and water (Nawec electric and water included).
14. Water heater for hot water in shower and wash basin only (excludes kitchen sink) on mains electric ONLY.
15. Mosquito netting on all windows.
16. Emergency exit door for each room.
NOTES:
*Smoking is not permitted within the guest rooms.
*An apartment can accommodate no more than two people at a time.
*Unless Afroco Apartments is notified, guests are not permitted to bring guests inside the flat.
*This long-term package does not include cutlery, pottery, or toiletries.
*Laundry services are available in the area at a charge.
*We charge D1,000 for a Replacement key.
*Unless Afroco Apartment grants written consent, it is not authorized to add furniture or make any other modifications to the apartment.
*You may not install a generator or emergency power unit in your room without Afroco Apartment's prior written consent.
EXTRA CHARGE
IF NEEDED, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES ARE SEPARATELY Charged:
1. There is no WiFi.
2. GAS REFILL: £15.00 PER BOTTLE (If refill is needed).
3. EMERGENCY BACK-UP POWER (6 p.m.–12 p.m.): For television, laptop, lights, and stand fan. No emergency power for ceiling fans, refrigerators, water heaters, presses, electric kettles, air conditioners, and other heavy-duty power-consuming appliances. Extra cost £10.00 Per Week.
4. CAR PARKING: internal parking facility is available from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Extra cost £5.00 Per Week.
5. Air Conditioning works only on mains/nawec electric. Extra cost of £20 per week.
*(required to be fully paid in advance for the duration of stay).
NOTICE : Afroco Apartment reserves the right to terminate a guests stay at any time without any notice.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
1. 100% CASH ONLY (CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED).
2. 100% PAYMENT (RENT + DEPOSIT) IS REQUIRED COVERING THE DURATION OF STAY BEFORE CHECKING IN,
(PAID IN CASH UK POUNDS).
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
1. A NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 20% (IN UK POUNDS) IS REQUIRED FOR A CONFIRMED BOOKING .
REFUNDS POLICY :
1. 50% OF THE UNEXPIRED RENT IS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND ONCE THE GUEST HAS CHECKED IN .
2. 50% OF THE UNEXPIRED RENT IS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS ONE WEEK BEFORE CHECKING-IN (ON FULLY PAID BOOKINGS ONLY ).
3. NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE ON "NO SHOW UP" GUESTS (NORMAL CHECKING IN TIME LIMIT IS UNTIL MID NIGHT OF YOUR CHECK-IN DATE).
