1. Air-conditioning £5.00 Night.
2. Wifi (not available).
3. Back-up power between 6pm & 12pm £2.50 per Night
 
Checking-in After 2pm (upto mid-night).
Checking out Before 11am. 
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

1. ONLY CASH (CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED) is the mode of payment.
2. Prior to checking in, full payment for the duration of the stay is required.

(PAID IN CASH IN US DOLLARS, UK POUNDS, OR EUROS).

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:

A CONFIRMED BOOKING REQUIRES A 20% (IN UK POUNDS) NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE ADVANCE PAYMENT.

 

REFUNDS RULE:

 1. Once a check-in is made, there are no refunds.

 2. UP TO ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE TIME OF CHECK IN, A 50% REFUND IS AVAILABLE FOR FULLY PAID RESERVATIONS.

 3. There are no refunds offered in the event that no guests show up. The check-in window, unless otherwise arranged in advance, is from 2 PM in the afternoon to 12 PM at midnight on the day of check-in.

NOTICE : Afroco Apartment reserves the right to terminate a guests stay at any time without any notice.
